Introduction

We are a software solutions startup, specialized in integrated enterprise solutions for SMEs established in Alexandria, Egypt since June 2016. We believe that our drive The Value, The Reach, and The Impact is what differentiates us and unleash the endless possibilities of our philosophy through the power of software. We like to call it Innovation At The Speed Of Life. That’s how we do our share of advancing humanity.

We’re crazy about Agile too; it makes us better at our jobs and our customers love it.

Since our startup hatched, we have had one main aim in our technology choices: using the technology that best fits our customers’ needs and brings their visions to full fruition. We are always eager to give new and pioneering technologies a try, and using open source technologies is one of the cornerstones we depend upon and contribute to.

Process

Scrumming Our Way to Success; When it comes to teamwork, we have talented team players, but more importantly we know how to make a team work its way to success. For years, we have believed in the importance of an agile process, one that is iterative, people centric, and that allows for flexibility and effective productivity.

For that reason, we are currently working with an agile process known as Scrum. Scrum breaks the entire process down into roles, responsibilities and practices, assigning each member on the team a clear-cut task that he/she is dedicated to. This breakdown allows for results to be seen quickly, for problems to be dealt with promptly, and for customer satisfaction and feedback to be at the top of our to-do list.

Our Team

One of our startup’s core assets, is our people. That what makes working here so special. We believe that work is more than just a place to go everyday. Our people are a family, dedicated towards giving their best to an IT world where Egypt is prominent on the map.

What is it that defines our people the most? Their continuous thirst for knowledge and improvement. Over the course of the weekend, our people pitch their original ideas, work on them and vote over which of them deserve to get a breath of life. A lot of the ideas that were pitched at these mini meetups have grown to become fully developed projects.

And while our people may understand the meaning of hard work and getting things done, they also understand what it means to have a good time. our people make sure that they bring fun to the startup headquarters through PlayStation and Xbox competitions and sometimes even move beyond the headquarters for ping pong and football tournaments and family outings. And family is exactly what we are to each other.

We are focused currently on providing SMEs with solid foundation of enterprise applications that serves them well through their day-to-day business operations, and allows them to maximize their output and impactful value in their markets through efficient utilization of the power of software.
